We explore & take you through a 12 Week Walking Program For Beginners.

Walking is such a common activity that many people take it for granted, but in fact it’s an excellent natural form of exercise that can help you stay healthy and live longer.

The scientific recommendations for physical activity in order to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease is 30 minutes per day for at least 5 days to achieve 150 minutes at the end of the week. However in the beginning of training this can be broken into smaller minute bouts of physical activity multiple times per day to meet the requirement.

Remember something is better than nothing!
